The Platt Park North development is coming along – 2014 spacious modern homes in a 1914 neighborhood. With restaurants, shops, parks and the light rail nearby, we’re really excited to see the progress. We’re also excited to see our identity work and signage in place and just had to share.
Denver’s hottest new apartments are quickly nearing completion. Peak teamed up with Riverstone Residential Group to name and develop the identity for The Douglas, which is scheduled to open late this summer. The new exterior signage is in place and looking pretty slick.

No rain. Chalk Art complete. After battling the elements last year, we lucked out and got some amazing Denver spring weather for this year. June at Peak means it’s time for participation in the annual Chalk Art Festival at Larimer Square.
