How do I place an order with Peak Creative?
Whether you found us online or we met at a recent wedding show, Peak would love to schedule a free consultation if you live anywhere in the Vermont/New Hampshire/Northern New York area. If distance comes between us, we are more than happy to walk you through the ordering process via phone or email. If you find an invitation you like out of the Peak Signature Collection we can have proofs to you as quick as 5 business days and finished product within 2-3 weeks.

Do you send out samples?
Peak can send out samples of our signature collection for a fee of $5 per design. Custom invitations may or may not be available, however paper types and colors can be sent to you.

How far in advance should I order my invitations?
We suggest ordering all invitations and additional stationary at least 4 months before your wedding date. You’ll want to have everything ready to be sent out about 10-12 weeks prior to the wedding. Save the date cards can be mailed out anywhere from 1 year to 6 months before the big day.

What if I need more invitations than I originally thought?
Contact us right away if you need to increase the quantity. We will try to update the order before it’s printed. Consider ordering an extra 25 just in case you have any last minute additions to your guest list.

How large do my photos need to be if I am submitting any?
Pictures should be at least 300 dpi in order for them to print clearly.

What type of payments do you accept? Do I have to pay all at once?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or check. 50% of your invitation price will be due upon your order placement, the rest right before we ship. For right now we are able to email you an invoice via PayPal (even if you do not have a PayPal account). Eventually you will be able to place orders right through our site.

What if I waited until the last minute and fell in love with one of your designs?
We will do our best to work with you and get you everything you want on time. Depending on the time of year and incoming orders, we should be able to help you out.

Will my invitations come assembled?
Definitely! All custom invitations come 100% assembled, we can even print your return address on the envelopes for you as well. If you’re looking to trim costs we can ship your invitation package unassembled while giving you a discounted price.

Can I choose a font I found somewhere else?
Sure! Just let us know the name.

Can you send me my envelopes early?
Yes, we’d love to send those out to you so you can get a head start on addressing. If you are not able to pick them up we will ship them to you for a small fee.


Will my Signature Collection invitation come with an outer envelope and an inner envelope for the RSVP card?
You bet, they are both included in the price.
